There are giveaways ending, books selling out and an amazing collection you don’t want to miss.
First, I have two giveaways that will be ending Friday night (May 3rd) at midnight Eastern time. A Cry From Egypt by Hope Auer is a terrific, family-friendly historical fiction book. Enter to win a signed copy.
The second giveaway is for Unexpecting by Lori Verni-Fogarsi. This is mom-fiction at its most real. A nitty-gritty look at a soon-to-be empty-nest mom and how those plans change. I’m giving away a copy and also am taking part in the mega-giveaway that will extend through May. You could win a Kindle Fire!
The Christian Parenting Handbook has also recently launched. When you make your purchase this week, you are eligible for a bonus gift of $400 additional parenting resources. Check out my review and giveaway here. As part of the launch, there is a mega-giveaway to enter here. An iPad Mini is just one of the prizes.
The book has been selling like crazy and is out of stock in some places. You can pick up digital versions still (and this counts to get your gift bundle) from Amazon or the version compatible with your e-reader. If you want a physical copy (if you’re like me, you like to take notes!) you can still get those buy going in to physical stores like Family Christian or Barnes and Noble where available. If you’re like me and don’t have one of those convenient, you can order your copy directly through the National Center for Biblical Parenting (that’s the folks behind the book). They are offering it for $12.74 and expect their supply to last a day or two.
This is simply amazing that the response has been so big. Remember, all the specials for launch week are only good through Sunday. The mega-giveaway will accept entries through 5pm Sunday, May 5th. My giveaway (which includes a copy of the book) will end Saturday night May 4th.
The last thing I have been excited about sharing during this busy week is the Ultimate Homemaking eBook Bundle. This is a collection packed with books and courses to appeal to a wide range of mamas. There are 97 resources for only $29.97 (that makes them only $.31 each — less than a stamp!) Act fast though. This is a one time offer that will end Saturday night, May 4th.
Spring cleaning? There are numerous resources for getting you started, making your own cleaners, organizing and keeping it all maintained. I have been wanting to check out both One Bite at a Time by Tsh Oxenreider and 28 Days to Hope for Your Home by Dana White.
I am looking forward to the warmer weather and spending more time outdoors and less time in the kitchen. Using my crock-pot and freezer cooking are two ways to accomplish this (and keep the kitchen cooler in the warm months ahead). Crock-On by Stacy Myers and Money Saving Mom’s Guide to Freezer Cooking are just a couple of the great resources for this found in the bundle.
This doesn’t even touch on the resources for teaching your little ones, working at home, working on a great marriage or the great things found in the Beauty section. I am not big on my appearance or beauty routines. Once I dress in the morning, I only look in the mirror if something gets in my eye. My husband appreciates when I put at least a little effort into how I look. There are some great things here even if you’re the “low maintenance” type like me.
