The Dragon and The Turtle Go on Safari

WaterBrook Press (January 11, 2011)

“Padraig, my friend, it is time for us to be courageous.”  My little boy (5 yo) loves this book.  He wants it read to him often and will even ‘read’ it to his baby brother.  It is such a fun adventure.   The boys’ imaginations get away from them when they start hearing the sounds of the night.  The illustrations are so imaginative as they blend the real and believed causes of the noises.  This is a great addition to our shelves, even though it is not long in sitting there.

WaterBrook is having a contest! The winner will receive their own backyard safari.  Enter by February 11, 2011.  All of the details can be found on their site.
