There are four pages to the file. To print as 2 cards ready to fold and cut, select four to a page. Depending upon the layout preview, choose horizontal or vertical layout. You will want the cover of the card (looks like the image below) to be at the bottom. The top will be blank other than the watermark that will be on the back of the folded card.
