Getting our children to eat is not always easy.  They almost always prefer the junk-food.  They turn up their noses at what is better for them.  They think it looks weird.  They don’t want “diet” food.  The list goes on.

What if you could make kid-pleasing meals that were healthy?  What if a good meal meant good for them and good to eat?  What if treats didn’t make you cringe, but say yes more often?

It is not only more expensive but also more time consuming to prepare two separate types of meals for each and every meal.  Even though only a couple of us were eating keto to improve our health, it simply makes more sense for all of us to eat keto.  When I announced this to our children, they thought their choices and good meals were history.  Little had they known that most of our meals were keto for months prior to my announcement.  Dinners were pretty easy to make keto for all.  The lunch, breakfast and snack options took a bit longer for me to figure out.  Now, I’m sharing our family’s favorites with you.

Get back to enjoying meal time.  Family discussions and “more please?” can be heard around your table, too!

Keto Family Cooking is how our whole family has been eating.  We eat a good breakfast, easy lunches and even manage dessert a couple times a week.

We have a day or two a week out of the house.  Many of these recipes can be made ahead and brought along. We have brought these dishes and desserts to potlucks and other gatherings. And sadly had no leftovers.

Nearly all of our recipes use commonly available ingredients. Cooking keto, even for the whole family, can be easy — and delicious!
