The Five Days of …. are over, but the posts are still up on everyone’s blogs. Be sure to visit all of the posts. There are many great series on a wide variety of topics — not all homeschool related. I have visited the ones that caught my eye by the title, but there are many, many more I have not checked out — yet!
The ones I will be visiting first are the ones who are holding giveaways in conjunction with the blog hop. I love hosting giveaways, but wasn’t thinking far enough ahead to get something lined up. These ladies have done a great job, be sure to check them out and enter. These giveaways end soon, so be sure to get there quick!
A Glimpse of Our Life blogged on 5 Days of Fine Motor Fun. She has 3 great giveaways in relation to her posts. Ending 5/22 is a giveaway for Snap Bags. Puzzle Erasers look really neat – ends 5/23. A Squiggle Wiggle Writer is also being given away. My children would have fun with that one. This giveaway ends 5/24. Check out her blog to enter and learn more about these neat products.
Acorns or Nuggets of Gold had some great freebies to share all week. To end the week, she is giving away Crypto Mindbenders Quotations by Critical Thinking Co. (We love Critical Thinking Co.!) This giveaway ends 5/24.
Amy’s Blog at Bow of Bronze shared all about technology in our homeschools. She also lined several giveaways to go with her great posts. They will all end May 25th. The Ultimate Homeschool Expo giveaway is for all the audios, all the gifts — great encouragement and helpful tips, I love it! A membership to SchoolhouseTeachers.com would be awesome to win (I am still discovering all this great site has to offer–there has been more each month). iLive Math: Animals of Africa or iPlan Lessons would be great apps to have for your iDevice. Wonders of Old: Ancient Times, Wonders of Old: New World Timeline, Medieval Life, KQ Time Traveler, Wonders of Old: Medieval Timeline and MapTrek are all awesome looking apps from the great people at Knowledge Quest (I *need* an iPad!- not all these apps are only iPad, but there some certainly are some great ones). A Semester Course of Homeschool Programming might be right up your child’s alley. Check out the post for all the details. How about the Technology Project Pack from In the Hands of a Child? A-Z Handwriting – Homesteading and Artistic Nature Magazine both by LightHome Publications look like something perfect for our family. Lastly, Beethoven Who? Family Fun with Music is another one our family would enjoy using.
There are a lot of giveaways to check out and enter. I am only linking to the giveaways, for all the details and to enter, follow the link to the respective blog hosts. Don’t forget to check out the rest of the Blog Hop posts.
